Have some spare time whilst traveling to Munich? Safe waiting time at the reception desk and already check in with our fully digital system. Two days prior to your arrival, you will receive an email from us, with the link to your personal registration sheet and further information regaridng the possible QR-code key.
However, you can already manually do your check-in prior by downloading the app “hotelbird” (here for App Store or here for google play) and register.
If you use the same email as used for booking your stay, your booking will be automatically added to the app. Otherwise, you’ll have to add it manually. On your arrival day after 3PM and once the room is paid for, you will find your digital room key and room number in the app ready to enter through the front door and into your room via bluetooth.
